Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Software installations

  • Completed repair services

  • Custom ordered items


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.


4. Repair Service Refunds

Repair charges are non-refundable once service is completed.
If repair cannot be completed, service charges may be refunded partially at our discretion.
